Who we are?

Founded in 2002 by architect Ilgar Baylarov as the ATTILA KM Architectural Group, in 2013 it was renamed IBA GROUP.

The office is located in Baku, the Republic of Azerbaijan. IBA GROUP has a license as a general designer. It provides services for developing a complete package of design documentation for the construction of residential, public, and industrial buildings and complexes.
